| Description: | The New Sea Lion Center Opening January 17th! One of San Francisco's largest attractions is about to get bigger! The Sea Lion Center is an educational center that will offer free interpretive programs to compliment one of the city's most popular attractions. Operated and managed by Aquarium of the Bay, the Sea Lion Center will be located on PIER 39's K-Dock overlooking the usual hangout of San Francisco's world famous sea lions. Guests will be able to learn about the history of these incredible creatures, find out about their role in the ecosystem, and enjoy their playful antics, come rain or shine.
