Wharf Fest, a free Fisherman’s Wharf festival, returns to San Francisco’s iconic neighborhood for the fourth year. The Fisherman’s Wharf Community Benefit District throws this festival to celebrate San Francisco’s historic waterfront district and invite Bay Area locals to visit the district after the tourist season has ended and before San Francisco’s fabulous fall climate fades away. The yummiest part of the day is the chowder cook-off competition, a live entertainment stage sponsored by Hard Rock Cafe, and fun family activities and entertainment. 

The Festival will be held on the Little Embarcadero from Taylor to Powell Streets and in the parking lot at Jefferson and Taylor, under the famous Fisherman’s Wharf Sign.

Wharf Fest is proudly presented by the Fisherman’s Wharf Community Benefit District (FWCBD). The FWCBD is a non-profit organization formed in November of 2005 by the business and property owners of the neighborhood to preserve and enhance its vast San Francisco waterfront landscape and multi-cultural heritage, while integrating modern efficiencies to enrich the experience of visitors from both near and far.
